Glow Slow Holiday- Day 5- Finding Clarity for the Year Ahead

by Lauren Lozano on Dec 08 2025
This year taught me that clarity comes from quieting the noise. When I stepped back from constant input and leaned into Scripture, stillness, and intentional rhythms, everything in my life and business began to shift. In this post, I’m sharing the exact tools that helped me tune into God’s voice, rebuild my focus, and walk into my calling with confidence. If you’re craving direction for 2026, start here.

A Simple Makeup Routine + A Deeper Kind of Beauty

by Lauren Lozano on Nov 24 2025
Day 1 of Glow Slow Holiday invites women to simplify their makeup routine and rediscover a more effortless, nourishing approach to beauty. Lauren shares her four-step clean makeup regimen—featuring tinted sunscreen, a contour stick, multipurpose blush/lip tint, and a hydrating setting spray—all made with waterless formulas and antioxidant-rich hydroxytyrosol from the olive leaf to support healthy, glowing skin. But the heart of the post goes deeper than makeup. Lauren reflects on how holiday beauty pressure can distract from what truly matters: cultivating inner beauty through Scripture, prayer, and reflection. She encourages readers to pair a simplified outer routine with a grounded inner rhythm by using the Abundant Life Journal to slow down, meet with God, and nurture the “gentle and quiet spirit” described in 1 Peter 3:3–5. Day 1 ends with a journal prompt and wellness rhythm to help women release external expectations and choose a more peaceful, intentional start to the holiday season.

What if one small shift could change everything?

by Lauren Lozano on Nov 12 2025
At the start of this year, something stirred inside me. I’ve never been a morning person. I love slow mornings—the kind without alarms, without rushing out the door. But one morning in early 2025, that changed. God woke me up. It was 4 a.m., and it felt like someone had gently grabbed my shoulders to wake me from a deep sleep. Startled, I sat up—but no one was there. I slipped into my sweater and slippers and quietly made my way downstairs. What I didn’t know then was that this moment would mark the beginning of a new rhythm. Morning after morning, the same thing happened. I’d wake, feel that pull, and find myself downstairs before the world was awake. My sister had given me a journal for Christmas, and I decided to pair it with my one-year Bible reading plan. I’d tried before—many times—but always lost momentum by spring. This time was different. With my journal open, my Bible beside me, and the nudge of the Spirit leading me, I stayed the course. Those early hours became sacred. I’d read, reflect, and begin to write. What started as quiet time with God became a flood of ideas, vision, and purpose. It felt like a faucet had been turned on—He was pouring something through me, not just for me. I knew He was asking me to share what I was learning with other women. From those mornings came an entire new chapter of my life: I started a business, completed a nutrition certification, created products for women, and began living with a sense of purpose and fulfillment I’d never known before. People often ask how I do it all, and my answer is simple—it started with my morning quiet time. The Spirit of God filled me in a way that made the work light and the direction clear. And that’s where the idea for this journal was born. It was created from a deep desire to help women live abundantly—to grow spiritually, mentally, and physically. To have a place where all of it can live together: your daily time with God, your goals, your reflections, and the whispers He speaks into your heart. Because when you bring your life and faith together in one space, everything changes. You begin to see that faith isn’t just one part of your life—it’s the foundation that everything else flows from. Faith and wellness aren’t separate journeys; they’re beautifully connected. That’s what this journal did for me—and it’s what I pray it does for you. 2026 can be the year everything changes. Seek Him first. Give Him your quiet moments. Let Him guide your steps. My prayer is that this journal helps you do just that. xx, Lauren
